Hello u people,;)
can't wait for turkey day, going up to the cabin(in-laws) few people lots of land!

Great find. Its tough to find good (free) places to shoot, without fear of getting busted. There are a lot of "slob shooters" around here that just trash the places they shoot, pretty sad.

when i lived in missouri we had a great public range, free and well kept. 25, 50, and 100 yard ranges with a skeet/trap area and a place to shoot bows. Then yahoos started showing up after hours, shooting up signs and the bathroom:jerkit:. It wasn't long before the dnr started hanging around regularly, no skin off my nose, but it meant they were watching. I heard from a buddy of mine that they closed it down not too long after I moved back to the great state of Iowa, where there are no free places to shoot.

There is a 1000 YR in Donaldsonville....about 45 miles from my house. A friend of mine builds competition rifles and shoots avidly. He is a crackshot on anything up to 700 yards and decent at 1K......The guy is sick....he has an agreement with his wife, all his overtime money is his to spend......so far this year he has dropped about 20K in rifles.

well i had to pick sometking that would go well with all the black of the rest of the rifle.. this is it,, thanks guys

Alway a few yahoos that have to ruin it for everyone. They pick up a gun, and destroy whatever they see. The range I go to, people don't seem to be satisfied just shooting the boards, they have to shoot the posts holding the boards too. Or they use shotguns on the boards so they don't last long. Some people do need babysitters to keep them honest,,,

It got that way over at the TWRA range in Cheatham County. Don't know if they finally closed it down or not. But it was unsupervised, so lots of folks made it a sport to destroy everything standing.

I put up a silly ass contest in W&C. Feel free to post a date to win a SAK or something.

the digital camo is wackey stuff, you wouldn't think it would work but it makes the eyes seem to slide off the object(Cool).
