124 Frontiersman added to Custom Shop

I thought this day would never come (I heard about it last year), but they just added the 124 to the custom shop. I was real excited, great handle choices, but only 420HC for blade steel. I would pick one up in Maple Burlwood, Ironwood, and Elk if they expand the blade steel options.

Buck Knives Inc. any chance you would know if they plan on adding other blade steel options? Oh...I think Burgundy is typo'd in this listing.

Handle options: Black Linen Micarta, Maple Burlwood, Dymalux Cocobolo, Ebony, Elk, OD Green Micarta, Ironwood, Burgundy Micarta

steel choice would be what I'd want. also would have liked the custom add inches longer blade option, like they used to do in old custom shop. I know that's asking too much though.

I'd want a 5160 steel version...but least we got the 124 with some good options, so beggars can't be choosers routine.....thanks Buck for adding it.

Dang. The prices are not out of line but they are not cheap either. I would probably want the brass elk one. But does brass look good with elk? Where is that custom discount promotion again

I would definitely consider if there are other steel choices. I ordered 3 knives from custom shop the past few months and have been very happy.

Forgive me if it is obvious (had a few too many drinks yesterday so the brain is a little slow today) but how is the new ebony custom different from the 2021 Legacy Collection version which has an ebony handle ("limited to 2021 production" on the COA) ?
