Spyderco Sage 1 is closer to $100 than $150.
I like the carbon fiber scales, it feels great in my hand, is not too bulky in the pocket, and has a good clip with good placement. It is a liner lock with a 3" full flat ground fairly traditional Spyderco blade shape. I think all the Sages have essentially the same blade. If it meets your use needs, IMO it is excellent bang for the buck with superior design, great materials and good workmanship. Downsides are not made in USA, if blade shape or general look of the knife does not appeal, or of course if you need bigger, smaller, stronger, lighter and so on.
