Well recently I've gotten the opportunity to purchase a new blade and I'm pretty excited about getting something new. I got about 150 bucks to buy a nice new blade and my requirements are to be around 3.5 inch blade (give or take a quarter inch but my state law prohibits any concealed folder over 4 inch blade or 10 over all) I also do not like assisted blades and I'm straying away from spyderco on this purchase. The only models I'm interested in are currently unavailable and I'm looking to go a different direction anyway. I've been looking at a few benchmades some of them are nice but I want some variety and I haven't been looking for the past few months so what do you guys suggest?

I recently acquired a Enzo Birk 75 folder, and it is a quality piece of tool worth looking into(S30V, good liner lock, scandi grind).

Take a look at the ZT 801, It might be slightly over your $150 budget but will be very close. It is a flipper that opens so easy it almost feels like an assisted. Great fit and finish on this knife. Very good value for money. Good luck and congrats on your next purchase

Boker Federal might be worth a look, it satisfies all of your requirements but it's definitely off the beaten path.

ZT 0200, Benchmade 275 Adamas

Benchmade 950 Rift. I've had mine for a week or two so far and i don't see anything else that's going to take it out of my pocket. There really is nothing i don't like about it. Fit and finish, size, weight, blade to handle ratio, blade shape, everything is quote phenomenal about it imo. The only thing i plan on doing is sanding the corners of the g10 . Its not sharp, but it could be a little rounder. I'm just afraid once i do that i won't look for another knife ever again!

Pics or it didnt happen !
Jk could you post a pic for me please? maybe a comparison to some other blades.

^^^ Yeah the 950 is a good blade.

Plus you can get a clip from the 810 to convert it to deep carry if that matters to you.

It pretty much replaced the 0550 for me. The 0550 was great, just a little too thick and heavy for me.

Well, if you don't like Spyderco...
and NOT the ZT 0550....
then I guess I'd say the Benchmade 710 in D2 or a different decent blade-steel.

The BM bone collector series are worth a look. The BM 950 is a winner. The ZT 0350 is worth considering. The 0801 is worth the extra $40.The 0550 is in the running also. There will be a ZT 0350 in M390 Knifeworks exclusive and that is one I would target for around $150.Watch the Exchange for NIB for possible deals.
