We shipped the limited run of 154cm TALON's and EDC's to Mike Turber and gang @ 1sks.com Friday 3/29. I just got off th phone with Mikey and they recieved the TALON's today. The EDC's will probally show up tomorrow.

They look GREAT! Bladeforums' members asked...and we delivered.

How many of the 154CM Talons will be available? Is this a one-time thing? (i.e. should I save my nickels, or whip out the Visa card?)

We made 300 154cm TALON's. we have no plans at this point to make more, but we monitor the popularity of these and consider it in the future. If we make more, there will be certainly a long delay between these and any others.

We made 500 total, split between plain edge and partially serrated. I don't remember the breakdown off hand, but there were more plain edge than partial serrated models.

I understand that the ArcLite would be a lot more expensive to make in 154CM. Still, I will be happy to pay the premium if it means getting my favorite neck knife in a better quality steel!

Will, Thank you for listening to us and producing two great designs in 154CM for those of us that care. We got our 154CM EDC's for approximately $15.00 more than the 420HC(hardened cheese) version. If you can do that for the Arclites, put me down for 2.
Keep up the outstanding work.
BTW, if you wanted to produce the larger Arclite in 154CM and micarta or G-10 handles, that wouldn't break my heart either.

I was told that an order of 154cm EDC's were misplaced and would probably show up tomorrow (4/6).

Just got my Talon in 154CM tonight. Wow! It's a stunning beauty! This absolutely has to be one of the best bargains in fixed blades going today. And my compliments to Rob Simonich. The pics just don't do the knife justice. The elegance in styling is awesome! Of course, it helps that I love drop point hunters but it's more than that. Fit and finish are better than the last 3 customs I purchased. The edge is hair-popping sharp. The flat grind is perfect! The scales are perfectly flush. Wow! I really need another one of these, one to use and one to admire.

Not to mention, the 154CM. My latest EDC has 154CM and my biased feeling is that it seems to hold up and take a little better, finer edge than ats134. So if this blade performs as well as my EDC (a BM721) I will have zero complaints!

Thanks Will and Camillus for making this a reality! It really was a great idea to make this knife (and make it so well) and sell it at such a reasonable price. But that's just what I've come to expect from you. You really are doing a fantastic job of providing high-quality cutlery at affordable prices. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!

OK Guys,
Latest UPS tracking shows the 154cm EDC's will arrive @ 1sks.com tomorrow. UPS ground took their own sweet time on this one....it left Camillus, NY 3/29 !!!! I'm sure Mike and Spark will turn them around ASAP!
