No carry or cut except a piece of paper to see how sharp it is, and it's very sharp. I have opened and closed it a bunch, and now it can be reversed flicked very easily. Comes with the installed MXG Clip, and the original, as well as the box and everything that was in it.
Paid $158 for the knife, and $30 for the clip with shipping.
