$175 in knife money. How would you spend it?

Benchmade 710-1401 or 810-1401 for about $5 more from knifeworks. Or Doug Ritter griptilian in M390 for $140 full size or $130 mini.

I was just looking because this got me curious, some of these kizers look interesting. Zt 566 too. A few benchmades too.

I'd probably pick up a used auto since I've been meaning to add one (adamas or something protech) or a fixed blade made by a knife maker here.

If I didn't already have one, I'd be tempted to dig through the couch cushions to come up with another $3.50 and grab a Benchmade Crooked River

EDIT: Ah, jazub beat me to it

Me three! Spyderco Pattada would be a close second.

I really like how every body is telling him to spend just 5-10 dollars more . I would get a Spyderco paramilitary and squeak, or maybe a nice flash light such as the Zebralight SC52 (doesn't count as a knife but might count as knife money).

17 give or take Rough Rider traditionals of different patterns, and maybe one of their fixed blades.

Benchmade Griptilian G10.

only reason i might get benchmade 940-2 is due to urban officey environment where people might get scared of beefy griptilian.

Spyderco PM2 S110V hands down the best folding knife in that price range in my opinion

Check out the some custom fixed blades here in the knife makers exchange area.
Some serious great work being put out for smoking prices.

Spyderco Gayle Bradley 2, then Sushi for lunch with the remaining $37.

or

Doug Ritter RSK MK1 Stone Washed M390 Blade (Knifeworks Exclusive), then sushi for lunch with the remaining $35.

or

Something else, then Sushi.

I'd like to try out the new Spyderco Q Ball. You might even have enough $ left over to hit the dollar menu for lunch.:)

The knife that has my eye right now is $46 over the amount burning a hole in your pocket.
If I was not willing to wait; I would probably go for the Ritter RSK MK1.
Alternatively, I would consider an LT Wright Patriot, BRK Mini Fox River, or Swamp Rat Rodent 3 (I'm appreciating small fixed blades more than ever). I'd suggest a Bradford Guardian 3; but the 3D scales probably bump it over your limit. (You could always buy one, and swap the scales later)
