While I rarely watch Youtube reviewers anymore, I do enjoy a few knife podcasts. "Mark of the Maker", "Bladeology", and "Knife Nuts" podcasts are all pretty enjoyable and offer an array of perspectives on the hobby.

I still watch some if it's a knife I'm interested in but that's about it. Sometime tune into some of them live if I'm doing something else and just listen in the background.

I get tired of the constant reminding of their membership and patreon and look at these knives that someone gave me and so on. Also for those that watch Slicey Dicey. What's the betting odds odds of that website never happening and the money raised was turned into a watch lol
Well I called that lol.

I watch them, just mostly on mute. They're good for multiple angles, see the action, get an idea of size in hand.

Don't care about the opinions one way or another really. I do appreciate the reviewers who do more than could've been done with still images and an article though. I think some reviewers ought to try watching their video on mute as well to get a sense of whether they made a video or really just a few pictures and narration. If the video is about the knife and not you talking, there shouldn't be a 5+ minute still shot (just my opinion).

I don't think he would be considered a big name reviewer by any stretch (at least not if counting subs or views); but Mike Emler (Crazy Sharp) puts out some pretty good content.

i thought some of slicey dicey reviews were good didnt noticed the drama until saw apology #2 w comments turned off. 1st of all i would never donate we all work for living...asking for $$$ so you can start a site to make $$$ come on man. thats a red flag for scam right there. seems like he got a bit of recognition used that and got greedy w the giveaways. all the free stuff he received end up selling it and also not fulfilling every order. what a POS.
