How is the axis lock feel on the Hogue ? I've got a Benchmade Doug Ritter that is very smooth but I've had a couple of Axis lock knives from other brands that are very hard on the fingers to pull back as they must be using a lot stronger springs. I like the blade on the Ritter collaboration knives and it was my EDC for a couple years. All the Benchmade Axis locks I've had are really good but I haven't had any from Hogue.

Not my knife, but I have one of these and I am able to disengage the lock with thumb or forefinger only, either side, either hand. I'm happy with mine, and I had large and small RSK-MK I from Benchmade previously.
