I made this knife a couple of months ago but didn't want to post it until I made a sheath for it. So here it is. I'm calling it a camp knife because of the generous belly and the single guard lug. Comments and critiques welcomed. Specs are:

Blade Steel: Aldo's 1084FG
Blade Dimensions: 10" X 2"
Guard: 416SS
Thong Tube: 316SS
OAL: 15.75"
Handle: Stabilized Spalted Snakeskin Sycamore from Mark at Burl Source
Sheath: Hand stitched, two piece construction with stainless D ring

You continue to impress! Very nice knife, and guns too! As impressive as the knife is, the sheath is equal. Very nice job.

The fit and finish of that blade and sheath is amazing. Very nice work. I love that your sheath isn't an afterthought.

Awesome knife! And only number 18? That's great! I love that sycamore. It almost looks like the wood bends and follows the handle shape with the way the grain is. The sheath is excellent as well.

That's a beautiful beast! Man, everything looks just about (if not) perfect to me! It is misisng one thing however, a straight profile shot to get a real sense for it's shape, size and proportions. I love the wide blade on it, which is why I mainly want to see a straight profile shot of it. ;)

Love that sheath too, very classy! Beautiful job and great overall pakage! Thanks for sharing :)
