I had one of those mix up shipments that didn't take care of my original problem - see http://www.bladeforums.com/ubb/Forum15/HTML/000336.html and http://www.bladeforums.com/ubb/Forum15/HTML/000346.html for details. Just got off the phone w/Mike, and my Tuff Glide is in the mail. I've worked retail, catalog sales, and can verify that when a huge sale like their Labor Day sale hit, pumping out orders is tough! These guys take care of you! Now, if I can just wait for my BladeForums D2 2000 Sifu...Life can be so cruel sometimes!
