Two medium sized cleavers, both forged from 5160 bar.
Both with great balance, nice distal taper, and i'm sure it will be great tool for outdoors activity or kitchen work.
The handle has "classic" shape, and extra weight combined with lower grind makes it a more serious tool than my "usual" medium sized cleavers. With "choked" hand position, it is easy to cut with more precision, but with backwards grip it has some more leverage for serious chopping.
Flats are left raw, wet forged and wire brushed after forging.
After heat treatment, flats are brushed with scotch brite.
Bevels are hand sanded with 600 grit.
Blade is etched with lemon acid.
