Hand forged, twisted handles, edge quenched blades with belt finish. The elk has copper pins and the osage has stainless pins and some spalting on one side. Both are super light carry knives that will work. These aren't "letter openers", but designed for everyday chores with a distinctive style. Each comes with a custom leather sheath in right hand carry.
