I have nothing but a woodworking shop as well, no mills or lathes... I bought all the wheels/components and the cutting/sanding etc was all done with jig saws, hand tools and woodworking sanders (well and that 2x72 you see in the background).

You might think about saving a copy of your plans to google docs and linking the page here. Would save a lot if emails. ;)

That said, I'd greatly appreciate a copy as well.
