2008 forum knife order thread

Just a suggestion. You might want to list everyone who committed originally and high light those that have sent payment. That might be a reminder for some.

I understand that circumstances change and some folks may need to drop out. It seems that an inordinate number of folks who said they were in, aren't sending their payment.
 
I will look at that when I get home this evening Gary. I thibk there are still a few folks that have not seen the call go out.

I will follow up from home this evening.
 
Given a couple of weeks, I could spring for a second piece to help with the total, but I'm afraid that is about the limit of my budget. I'd rather see the whole thing go down the tubes than see Ed holding the bag on $1800 worth of the run.
 
ED, I'm still in!! Sorry, I haven't been keeping up lately, thanks for the heads up PM. I'll have the MO out this week (if I don't deplete my entire life savings on gas and home heating oil first!!).

Hi Guys. I am going to post a list of folks I do not recall hearing from for networking purposes only. Please try to contact folks if you are friends and touch base. Please be respectful and recognize that circumstances do change for folks.

I think some guys have just lost contact, but I know there are a couple who have emailed me and are pretty discouraged that they can not participate. I have tried to omit the folks that have emailed me.

I know what you mean. The bank recently approved my loan for a full tank of gas!!!

I have reviewed my emails and pms and think I can id some guys I have lost touch with. I am also going to list the possible group so we can check in with them.

I do beleive that part of the problem may be the ISP that hosts my thornbrugh.net account. It appears to be down and I will follow up. Thismeans all correspondence should be by PM or to edandbrandi@charter.net

Ed, I recognize several names on the list, they must have overlooked the emails or PM's. I have done business with several of them and never a moments trouble. And it is more than four that I know. I will stand for two more if they do not come forward.

Have you thought about offering this forum knife in other sections? Wilderness&Survival contributors might be interested.
