2009 Catalog Supplement

a lot of folks are going to be happy about that spyderhawk! I am sad no G-10 Dragonfly I would have thought that would be in there.

Edit**. I just realized I started on page 4 somehow so I missed the g10 dragonfly. Sorry for doubting you spyderco crew!

Lots of goodies this year! That H1 SpyderHawk looks great. Thanks Kristi!:D

I am pre ordered on the H1 Spyderhawk and need to make sure I'm pre ordered on the ZDP/FRN Stretch. I am really looking forward to those, and a lot of the other knives, especially the Chokwe and Temperance 2 (the Temp 2 was great in the week I had it in a passaround) look great as well.

Nope not going to open it and look, lead me not into temptation..... wait..... G10 D'fly, new stretch, H1 SpyderHawk. Well one little look wont hurt.

This is the nicest catalog format I have ever seen. Use this for future catalogs!

Mmmmmmm.... Terzuola Slipit.... When?

No mention of a Ti Millie? Guess it won't be making it's debut any time soon.

+1! I really like the layout of this catalog. It's easy to read and you can quickly find the info you're looking for. Kudos to the designers.

There are a lot of appealing models here, but I'm probably most excited about the Chokwe.

The Chokwe is indeed killer-cool. I've been waiting for that ever since I saw the concept prototype back in '07. I got to handle one of the pre-production protos at Blade this year, and it was very, very cool. I'll be picking up one of those as well.

Wait, is the orange Millie a usual suspect now? Or does this catalog include sprint runs?

It's a standard model, we've never deemed it a Sprint. As long as ya'll still want them, we're still making them (a dangerous statement, I realize... this currently applies only to the Orange Millie... ok maybe a few others too ;)).

I guess those guys on eBay selling orange Millies as "one of only 600 produced" need to change their listings.

Watch the coolness factor drop when people realize it's not a sprint. :(

The main reason I have three is because they are (were) quite collectible. Why not bring back the D2 Millie while you're at it? :D

Now the orange Millie is not a Sprint Run? This is confusing. Then why say it's limited production to 600? Oh well, I guess now there's more orange to go around. But some may not be happy to hear this, as collectors' bought because of the supposed scarcity.
