Without even bothering to wipe the factory grease off the blade:

Stout springs, but by no means a nailbreaker. I think it's safe to say that somebody got the word to Queen that BF members expect their knives to be sharp out of the box.:D
Thank you to all involved in making this such a success. Your hard work is sincerely appreciated.

Beautiful. I am as excited as a 4 year old on Christmas Eve.
I will be going home next week for the first time since july. I sure hope to find a similar package.

Nice. Ya gotta shot of the spring/liner fit? Are the pins and shield polished? Nice looking handles.

Got mine also. Camera is on the blink so can't post pictures. Initial impressions are:

1) Box Label looks great
2) Neither blade is dull, but I plan on touching them up
3) Strong Pulls...about a 6 to 7
4) All springs and bolsters nicely polished
5) Springs and Liners fit nicely. When open, spines are just a little, little bit high compared to the spacer. Less pronounced when closed. Can see a small sliver of light shining through back, but acceptable to me (and I'm picky). I'm very happy with the F&F.
6) Ebony looks great! Very nice and very black...little to no grain is visible
7) Pins, Bolsters and Shield are smooth and flush with wood
8) The swedges are awesome. Very pronounced and work perfect with the blades.
9) Weight and size are just right. It feels super in the hand. Not too big, but when you hold it, you can tell it is a workhorse knife.

Overall, I give it a 9.5 outta 10. You guys did a great job and I couldn't be happier. Will be difficult for me and my 2 compadres to live up to the standards of the 2010 knife.

OH Boy, now she's a keeper to be certain!. One has the best of both worlds with those two blades on such a fine frame and tucked nicely into the pocket. I really should have jumped in on her whence I had the opportunity. :)..

Wonderfully  Moose!

More (bad:o) pics for the curious to help hold you over till the real things (or better pics) arrive. Terrible lighting; cheap camera; lousy photographer; anything that looks like a scratch is probably cat hair.

Very, very, NICE! I think the "anything worth having, is worth waiting for" mama saying applies here:D

If it is OK with Berkley.

Please take pictures and bump this thread when you get your knives in this week... so us guys who are waiting by the door (or out by the mailbox) have something to look at in the meantime. So far they all look great.

The BF knives look great. I have asked several times how I could get on the list for
2010?

I definitely want to be on the list for 2011.

If I am violating a rule by posting in this thread, please move this to the proper place.

I would also be interested in purchasing older BF knives. I will post this in WTB.
