2010 BF knife

The BF knives look great. I have asked several times how I could get on the list for
2010?

I definitely want to be on the list for 2011.

If I am violating a rule by posting in this thread, please move this to the proper place.

I would also be interested in purchasing older BF knives. I will post this in WTB.

You get on the list by following the forum and sending in your money when the design has been finalized and the order is about to go in. The Traditional Forum knives are designed by polls that we all have a chance to vote in. The process is generally referred to as "international cat herding". :D

Got mine in today's mail. This knife was obviously shown a little extra TLC. I don't find many production knives worth buying but this one is certainly one to have. Well done on all fronts by Queen and the Guys that stepped forward to get it done. I'll get some pics soon.

Mine was waiting in the mailbox when I got home! Very nice looking knife, certainly right up there with the nicest production knives I've seen.

Only very minor complaints that ya can't even really complain about on a non custom. A tiny little burn at the tip on the clip blade, some very slight gaps, etc, but overall really nice. If I had one complaint it would be that this thing is a nail buster! I'd say mines a 9 to a 9.5 out of 10. So it'll be a bit of oil and some working to loosen it up.

Overall a heck of a nice knife!

Came home to the package on the table...Oh Happy Day!!!! Very nice knive and kuddos to all who make this possible.

Mine was here when I arrived home. Thank you very much for all of the hard work that went into this edition of the forum knife.

I am having a hard time putting my thoughts to words on this knife. It has a great weight and feel and I think would be a wonderful work knife.

Mine has burnt tips, similar to the stockmans from 08. Not a dig deal to me as I will carry this one as I have all of the others.

This knife makes me want to watch "Alone in the Wilderness" again as I think it would be a great outdoors knife. I suspect it will be along next year when my son and I take up our .54 cal muzzleloading rifles and chase the wiley Wapiti Elk.

I wonder when mine arrives... I got so many knives now to come... that everything is just waiting :D

Greg, are the liners NS or stainless? I know the Vintage Knives version was NS, but I think his was a Schatt & Morgan version.

I hope this isn't a dumb question. Is the shield pinned?

(from on the road - back in a day or two)

The liners are Nickel-Silver they tell me!

Thanks Charlie. I wasn't sure. Some of the new guys like Canal St. use stainless. Thats right, you mentioned taking a trip. Hope your having a good time.

I recieved mine on monday. I like it :D. It was a bit thicker than I was expecting, but it has a great feel in the hand. This is my first forum knife, and definitely won't be my last.

Smokin....!!!!! I didn't get in on this one because I was not real fired up about it when I saw the pattern. You guys are just a better judge than I am. That's a super looking knife. I'm sorry now that I passed on it.
