...If someone suggests a caplifter or a hobo spoon for this pattern I'm sending them a bomb in the mail. :D

I'm open to an awl, we haven't done that yet and I do use the one on my Case Camp Knife quiet often.

I like the idea of maybe a single blade sodbuster in d2 or o1 and selfishly I would love to see an electricians knife

I have a small gunstock jack pattern with a spear and pen, its a smaller size gunstock around 3". The bottom bolster is beveled. It's a replica and got it just to try out the pattern and like it a lot. I would give this pattern some thought, although I am sure a 3" knife would be too small for a lot of people. If someone suggests a caplifter or a hobo spoon for this pattern I'm sending them a bomb in the mail. :D

I'd really like a nice cattle knife...

In all honesty, I am all for some type of Jack....Congress, Serpentine or Gunstock. The only one I have seen done would be the teardrop for 2011. More of a fan of the 3.5 inch patterns though.

Should be relatively easy to keep the pricing down on a Gunstock due to GEC and others already having the pattern albeit not in a 3 inch.

Let's just make it easy on everyone and go for something like this.

I'm still liking the idea of a single blade Sodbuster in O1 or D2. Or a Lamsbfoot or Sheepsfoot. Also like the idea of an electrician's knife :)

Well... the GEC #06 Pemberton seems to be a nice knife and a lot of guys and gals seem to want to get one. Some want one with two blades and ebony covers, but I think those are not in production... Why not making a SFO in form of our Blade Forums Knife 2013?

Just a thought....

Perfect! A two blade Ebony Pemberton with clip main and coping secondary blades. A really nice shield too!

Congress jack, congress jack, congress jack....
Cocobolo/bocote/(Koa/snakewood would be killer but probably not for this project)
Sheepsfoot/Wharncliffe primary 3"+
Pen secondary 1.5-2" (I would prefer Spey, but doubt that would be the majority choice)
I like more rounded bolsters, but would be acceptable with squared
I would like the beauty of the wood to show through without a shield, but a simple bar shield may work nicely.

Now that everybody agrees with me we can start on getting them made! No thank you's needed, I thought this up for everybody! ;)
