what about a barrel roast? (google trashcan turkey)
set goat on rack off the ground, put a clean barrel (or trash can if it's not galvanized) over the goat, then build fire around the barrel -- acts like a pit since no air gets in. seen it done with turkeys, never tried it myself, sounds like fun.
 
I did a chicken that way it sucked could have just been me though

Just think - in only 60 days a bunch of us will be lazing around a campfire drinking "stuff" and trying not to fall into food comas.

You don't because we have never seen you before and you didn't give the password. Until you get the password right, no invite.
 
No no no no no, the password is "I'll bring _____" and random alcoholic beverage/fun firearm/cool illegal explosives/etc... inserted into the blank. Or just show up and hope for the best. The location has been listed several times, at least once already in this thread, and in others the actual address has been posted. I say we make that the test to gain you admittance.
