  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

2015 Blade Show THread

Couple pics from the booth at Blade. Not the best quality but some cool stuff!

-a really cool non-flipper custom XM-24 spanto;
-the first armored 3.5" custom 18 skinner;
-the first armored XM-24 Bowie:

What's the scale made of on that standout custom Bowie?

And that custom non-flipper 24 reminds me a lot of my production non-flipper 24.

I'm not exactly sure. Maybe some kind of kirinite-like material? It did look pretty nice, along with the hellfire, which were both auction items during the show. Lots of great stuff there.

Sadly I was not drawn in the lottery. BUT I did get to speak with Rick, and was told that there is a good possibility that there will be at least one or more new blade shapes available on the Eklipse. And that there may be a dagger in the works.

And on top of all that, he was even more down to earth than I expected. The way he treated myself and the others interested in talking to him was great.

Here's what I scored from RHK. Got a few other things...even a lotto win, but from other Mfr
It's hard to tell, but 2 patches, Ti Scale, Smooth G10 scale, 2 3" Smooth Carbon Fiber scales.

I'd really love to get a XM-24 Bowie. Anybody know if these are going to be offered anytime soon?
