I'm trying to focus on a handful this year, other than paying for what I have ordered.

I want one more R6, an HG55, a rodent trail, and ash 1 in Infi, and a NMFSH. A bonus would be a FBM of.some kind.

Maybe another rmd and infidu, another swat perhaps.

I love my SOB, but I didn't know about project two weeks when I ordered it and almost wish I'd have gotten the ergo Badger attack instead.
 
Biggest mistake? Not keeping in touch with what is being made, missing out on a lot of fellowship.

That's all I have to say about that.
 
No regrets agree with Cobalt-I am glad to see that the TGLB went away-sold everyone I had-Kept the Satin Team Gemini 14's though
 
Not being around for the battle saw! Gahhhh too busy at the time to be on here only to finally get on here and miss something as amazing as that!!! Atleast i got the AK and BM! Just gotta be fast on the draw if a battle saw hits the exchange I got pull the trigger no matter what the wallet says lol

Only regret for 2015 and all previous years, working way too much for way too little so as not to be able to buy/do more real living experiences. Working for work's sake is pointless as getting older helps one realize a man's life just keeps ticking away and no amount of cash will buy even one second back, yet happy memories/experiences are priceless. ;)

I sort of regret not grabbing a BIG TG in the Ganzaaaa; but, knowing what they sold for, I won't pay the secondary market prices. (I dislike fullers; so the regular issue TG or TGLB don't appeal to me.)

What I regret more, though, is not getting that last Rodent 3 order in before the Custom Shop closed its books. Not exactly a Busse regret; but the door was already open.
 
I keep seeing reference to the custom shop closing its books/doors. Is there more info regarding that somewhere, and what that means? How long? Permanent? Indefinite?
 
Also a battle saw just hit the exchange....for $800. What did they cost from Busse? 4 something?

They were $467 + $85 for the G10 upgrade and what another $12 for shipping. So $564 all in for the knife. The sheath was probably another $100. So $664 for the package deal plus he's covering shipping/insurance cost and it looks like PP fees are covered, so that's probably another $30. Dude probably has about $700 cost into it to the buyer's door. Hence my regret for not picking one up myself when they came out. Gonna probably cost me $100 plus markup by the time I get my hands on one and get some nice pants for it.
 
Regrets. Ah yes, this one for me is second to letting a certain girl go.. So quite serious lol. I started last year not having ever heard of Busse except maybe in passing but had always been fascinated by sharp objects, like everyone else here.. Things have changed based on how many I've got ordered lol. Anyway.. Around late August some of my friends that are in the military and I were discussing some of the stuff their soldiers take on deployment including knives. They, Air Assault and MP, generally only see things like kabar, Becker, leatherman, and SOG or whatever people can pick up at the exchange or Wal-Mart. After.. several beers this convo led to someone wondering about knives you see used on tv.. Inevitably this led to a Google search for.. Daryl Dixon's knife. Lol. Shocking right? We were all a bit off put by the price especially them because usually on deployment nice things vanish or get up and walk off on their own, but.. Some of us being from KY we understood that nice things, like good bourbon, can be expensive. So I decided that I needed a TGLB with black and tan g10. Immediately. Well I didn't really need it, I just wanted it. Figured I could just wait a few weeks and blow some spare cash on one or two. Time passed and I found they were no longer available when I went to place an order where as they had been the day before.. Been kicking myself ever since and yes I know I could probably pick one up off the exchange. But I've ordered too many more lol.

That's my 2015 Busse regret lol. I have a bgash and a nmfsh I've ordered from members here, that rock btw, to tide me over... But I will have a tglb with black and tan g10 by the close of 2016 ;)
