2018 Cool stuff

No date stamp... I guess your meaning the Hunter Pro. Should be a very strong knife. Blades are made in batches, hundreds at a run. So, a new designed frame & handle
could have a last year stamped blade. There have been other occasions when a model did not get the date stamped on it's blade. I would
take that as a 2018 blade. DM

They are gonna sell 1 million of those 110 LT's

I hope they sell a lot more than just a million of them. :)

It looks good, but, I'm not sure if I'm going to get one.
Is the 110 LT thinner than the traditional brass and wood, or is it still roughly 5/8 inch across?

3.232 ounces. Just like the third version of the Buck-lites. Same pins and a different handle material and pattern, with a lanyard hole. I think 2 liners
would have helped. But right now people want light and Buck delivered. It is lighter than the 111 Classic. DM

The Buck 111 weighs in at 3.7oz , so yes a little lighter David by 5 oz .

Some comparisons

The 486 seems to be the knife buck built to satisfy weight, pocket clip with a 110 style blade and a thumbstud. Thinner with choil. Nice knife as well.

For me, not being a 110 person the Lightweight slot is already taken up in my drawer by a older Selector. But the 524 has excellent potential as a engraving Scout knife in one of the bright colors. They don't get a Buck licensed BSA knife at first they have to earn those. But, going camping they ALL need a knife. I told my friend as long as he is Scoutmaster I will buy the knives so every kid has one. No girl scouts in town so I am not showing favoritism. 300

Like this one? I have a few of these, but don't know the date or how many were made (Does not have a "T" on the other side). Sorry for hijacking your thread Makael.

To the peeps who bought one from me there is small surprise in box. Not much but helps offset a couple bucks difference.

And thank you.

drei, Buck let some out the door in 2007 with no date stamp. Because of a snafu with the date stamp being sent late. DM
