Yes, I'll be making sheaths for them once I get mine. Am planning to have a few different sheath designs for the knife.

Yes you most definitely are. I finished the pre-glueup grind with only the one total loss. So thats not bad at all. We had put in several extras to combat this possibility.

No sheath included. But I'm sure the leather benders on the forums will be building sheaths for them once they get their knives in. I'm going to make Belt sheaths and slip covers for them once I get mine.
