2018 production models

Anyone have a Tiger and could share some thoughts? I love the blade of the 8, but not the handle and loved the handle of the 13 so tend figure it's a win.

I've had three, a SF, a BT and an OD. Your assumption is spot on, a lower slung more robust 8 blade (tip is on center line of grip instead of above as in the 8) with the can't-drop-it grip of the 13. The earlier one's were single detent - my later OD was double (like the 13).

It's been a while since I've been excited about Emerson releases, but there are too many this time that I like!
Kwaiken, yeah!

Fixed blade, hmm.
 
I'll probably get a BT Tiger, especially now that they 0630 is gone and they never made an all black version.
 
I was hoping Emerson would incorporate the flipper and bearing system in the Kwaiken. Maybe I'll hold out for one......
 
I dig the Saex. Looks like that model will be a must for a lot of guys too. It's pretty cool that a blade shape that's been around for over a thousand years + (probably much longer) as a war fighting blade is now a Emerson pocket folder. I dig the wave on the fixed blade 7 too. It instantly took me back to the history of why it was first put on the blade. Very cool.
 
Even though I'm signed up for alerts from Emerson on these, I still check the website e/o day at least. o_O These are the knives I've looked forward to the most in a long time.

That's smart, because I've signed up for email alerts any number of times, and have never gotten a single email from them. I only found out an item was back in stock by constantly checking the site.
 
I'm wondering if they'll be released after the 10% sale ends at the end of the month...hope so at least!
 
I will get a kwaiken for sure, then bolster it

Order for a Tiger is in! That one at least is available...Kwaiken no, but don't know about the others.
