I voted for Smooth Wood, and I am hoping for Gabon Ebony!!
That wood is such a classic for traditional knives!!

I agree that Ebony is a classic option for traditional knives. But GEC uses Ebony like Frank’s Red Hot Sauce — they put that stuff on everything. I’d like to see something a little more unique.
