Yes you did meako and I 'Said Individual" messaged you back and said I thought it was mighty fine and thought it would make a nice label.

But the individual who said: "The kvetching and moaning of a single individual resulted in extra thought and work for the volunteers by forcing this extra option, to try and accommodate everyone, which then confused some members who were lucky enough to miss out on the moaning" is apparently still full of sour grapes.

izzy, you had to place a claim for it earlier in the year. However, some folks order two and offer them up shortly after arrival. So stay tuned in the marketplace or join gold membership and post a want to buy in the proper WTB forum and maybe you’ll get lucky. Last year quite a few sold for no extra markup in the first months.

I missed out on most of the kvetching - on purpose.
So when I ordered mine all I could think was "who wouldn't want a concrete piece of meako's wild, wondrous, and winsome wordsmithing for posterity?"

Well I didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings and all, but guess I should be honest. I'm just buying it for the tube'n'label,probably just throw the knife out. I mean I got lots of knives,but I'll only have the one label. But I might just keep the knife to,since so many great folks worked so hard to make it happen, I would hate to disappoint them too..

Seriously though,I'm really looking forward to the whole package!! A really BIG Thank you to everyone who has worked on this

@knifeswapper - Isn't it going to be kind of exhausting and tedious to affix labels or not as you/GEC are preparing to ship the Forum Knives out? Why not just put the label on everyone's tube yes, even mine. Maybe this was discussed and I missed it but it just seems like a lot of work to go through. Heck, I can't remember what I did but a label would be just fine.
