I know I already posted this picture, but for illustrating my point...
I like them all, and probably couldn't choose just one. Still, you'd think the Oily Creek Bone is the odd duck and might not feel right in hand. I just wanted to point out that that assumption would be incorrect. It is very comfortable in hand and very ergonomic actually. I like it no more/no less, but don't think its the outsider here.

I agree about the Oily Creek. The flare of the covers fill the palm well. If you have a big hand like I do...it has more to grip. Very nice ergos.

Still carrying my 93 with canvas micarta almost every day. Patina is coming along nicely.

Not at all. In fact this is certainly my last thing for the year as I have a lot of upcoming responsibilities. Just my way of saying this is an amazing and enjoyable knife to own and use.

GP Knives black canvas micarta:

The covers are very cool. Seems similar to denim micarta on my past Northwoods. I like the brushed shield and bolsters. Extremely snappy, nice heavy-ish pull.

Northfield Cocobolo:

The wood grain on this one is incredible. Probably my favorite wood covers I’ve owned. I love the Northfield extras like polished blade and bolsters and long pull. This one I will have a hard time using.

93 Waynorth Lambfoot:

My first Lambfoot knife. This is my favorite of the 93 pattern. The bone covers are nicely done. Jigging and color are wonderful. I love the steel construction, it truly makes it feel more heavy duty. And the blade.. man I love this shape. This is currently in my rotation and has kicked the cap lifters out of my pocket for the weekend. This knife is incredible snappy, feels very similar to a custom Lanny’s Clip I had. Love the stamping, and “oil the joints”. What a classic.

I just now saw a micarta available on a dealer’s site, placed the order and it went through, got confirmation email, then went back to the website and is now out of stock .
I hope is for real !!!

I really wanted one of these but I had put it out of my mind as I had some other priorities at the moment. I spent the last two weekends building a fence, sealing my driveway and fixing stuff around the house.
This morning my wife saw me looking at this tread and told me " Hey hun, I would love to get you a knife, go ahead order one you like, it's my gift" So later today we go to the beach and I am just randomly checking dealers to see what's available in GEC, and this one micarta showed up.
I know this knife will be very special !!!
