I agree, the recent Sheffield A. Wright &Son lambsfoot knives I’ve gotten appear to show a improvement in QC. That and they are readily available for reasonable prices. Here’s an example of my latest.Though it is difficult to get a GEC-made Lambsfoot (not too many of them out there), it isn't particularly hard or expensive to get a serviceable Lambsfoot otherwise. If you haven't tried one out yet, I would fully recommend it.
