I like that pair very much. If I lived somewhere that didn’t allow locking folders, the Wasp would be in my pocket daily.

Exactly my reason to carry it. I tried so many other folders before and this finally checks all the boxes: Modern material and blade steel, comfortable grip, slipjoint, several stops, pocket clip, under 8cm blade and not made in China. I will get another one for backup. Thinking either green or digital camo.

Knife throwing is illegail in some states in US? Just curious, because it sounds so silly.

I'm in Australia and apart from NSW and QLD permits are needed to own purpose built throwing knives.

Yes mate patch budding the final trees on farm. Below is a pic from a few years back that I have posted here before to show the knife cutting a bud off the "sticks" and being placed on the root stock.

They notoriously easier to chip or break over the 1095 ones
Course I guess it depends on what you're using it for exactly

Ie don't wanna chip it on a dingos toof

I only use it for skinning and dressing game. So it doesn't get any challenges. I prefer it over the coated ESEE 4 1095, thats pretty hard to wipe blood off without washing it. Blood wipes off the S35VN easily. Funnily enough it has skinned a dingo. A half breed dingo-domestic dog that was killing sheep
