I’ve only had kangaroo once...it made for an excellent pot of chili![]()
All the talk of hunting gave me an itchy trigger finger. So I took my 84mm tourist and a custom skinner with my .243 to get some kangaroo meat.... mission successful
I soak the back straps in cold salty water for 2 days then cook them in my camp oven for 4 hours. Melt in your mouth goodness. Very similar to corned beef. It's what we are having for dinner tonightI’ve only had kangaroo once...it made for an excellent pot of chili

Urban EDC Supply Baby Barlow, Italian made by Fox. M390 steel, beefy titanium scales (with g10 inserts) for such a little knife (2.875 closed, 2.125 blade, and a little over 2 ounces), with a steel liner lock. The fit and finish is immaculate. Locks up solid and on ceramic bearings it’s as smooth as silk. They call it a front opener, but the jimping is on the top, which took a little getting used to. I’m not the best at reviews lol, if you have any questions, feel free to ask. That looks like a useful combination Lee.Can you tell me about the non-SAK?
What is the knife next to the Pioneer?
