It was Friday. We've been together for 18 years and married for 11. I'm surprised that Triggs has stuck with me this long.

Congrats on your 20th. Nice milestone. Did you guys do anything special?

It's refreshing to see another Okie around these parts

Rob!

Good to see you back around. I read the post in your s/f. I hope things start looking up soon.

I'm pages behind. Did anyone do anything bannable? Just point the finger, and I'll take care of it.

Yup, me. Find it yerself, ya pecan-wrastlin', catfish-wranglin', stove-hordin', terrible-directions-givin' sonuvagun, you! Bwahahahahaha...

:p

Bruce Banner was the Incredible Hulk when he wasn't green & muscle-y....maybe that's what you're thinking of...
Could be, or an evil Hannah Montana variant...

Not for nothin, but neither me nor Guyon nor Moose has ever been photographed at the the same time in the same place as either Hannah Montana or the Incredible Hulk. Coincidence? Make of that what you will.

Texas seems to hate me. I've had issues of some sort every time I've come here. Currently stranded in Dallas-Fort Worth, having missed my flight because the airline gave us the wrong gate number for our connection. My wife managed to make the next one on standby, but I'm still here...

Maybe that's the universe trying to send you a message that you're supposed to stay here. :D Hhhmmmm???

I'm not sure I would want to be anywhere near Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus to begin with. :D

Now, the Hulk on the other hand... wait, what?

I once bounced off Lou Ferrigno. But that was before I knew of Guyon, so my data point is indeterminate.

Also, saw the Capitol Steps (www.capsteps.com) tonight. Very Funny. Prolly even funnier if I hadn't given up my news habit a couple years ago.

So, tonight this:

Then it got baked for 35 minutes at 400° and served with another meatloaf.

C-bear, I'm officially envious.

You guys would love string cheese!

String "cheese" is "cheese" for people who don't understand cheese.

I'm not saying it's a bad thing, I'm just saying it's not very good. At all. It's the C-rat or MRE or freeze-dried mountain-climber's meal of "cheeses"... better than starving, probably, but not actually food.

Next, someone will tell us how that spray Whiz stuff is good cheez, too. And yeah, that goes for all you East Coasters who brag about "cheese steak" sammiches that are neither cheese nor steak nor... well, food fit for civilized human beans. :barf:

James.... You been eating the wrong cheese steaks..... The right ones are DELICIOUS!!

You have to ask for them to use cheez whiz at most places here... I do, cheez whiz is DELICIOUS!!

I bet those 5 packs of cheese prolly cost around 30 bucks, maybe even more... I know i seen small hunks of cheese in the store before around 10 bucks a pop... Thats just insane. All that cheese in just a SIDE DISH??? i could feed my entire family for a couple days GREAT, for the price of that one side dish.....

I have ate some great baked mac and cheese on multiple occasions, but i still have no issues eating kraft from the box.

Oh and my son might punch you in the mouth for saying string cheese isnt good LMAO :D

Yeah cuz they're made with REAL CHEESE. Not spray jizz I mean Whiz.

Sorry dudes, born and raised in Central Wisconsin. I could barely throw a rock without hitting a dairy farm and/or "dairy" (cheese and milk plant).

I've had my share of awful "cheese-like products". I kept myself alive for months on nothing but the cheapest canned tuna and store-brand "mac'n'cheese". (generic tuna mac is some serious survival rations... it will keep you going just long enough to realize that your life sucks, and ya gotta kick some ass and earn some money to buy some real food). The phrase "mad dog mean" from The Outlaw Josey Wales comes to mind...

I was once so goldang poor I ate Government Cheese and was glad to have it... that's the even worse, more generic version of Velveeta. :barf:

But I've also had some of the best cheeses on the planet. And that's just not the same as Kraft Singles, son. ;)

A person gets a bit spoiled about the simple but excellent things in life that even a blue-collar nitwit like me can afford. There's not a whole lot of lobster or prime rib in our house, ho ho. But decent cheese is one of those things. Angie makes a kick-ass Southern style mac'n'cheese, and frankly I cannot and will not ever eat "mac'n'cheese" from a box with powdered BLECH ever ever again. I don't even bother looking at "mac'n'cheese" in diners or breakfast dives.

Oh and my son might punch you in the mouth for saying string cheese isnt good LMAO :D

Well, don't tell him I said it, then. I really do not wanna get my face punched in by a little kid  :D

I do love me some good cheez-whiz! Those 5 were about $35. Not too bad actually.

Yea man if i ever make it there your going to have to ask Angie to make up some of that mac and cheese for me to "sample" :D
