black one sold to SC! thanks! all are gone pending wild will's finalizing.

Hey Eddie,

My son loves his new blade. This is his first "real" knife and he talked about how proud he was showing it off at his job. I think they took turns shaving off some hair.:D

Thanks for another fine tool.

Holy Shit Eddie, this is no $95 knife, it's got me spell bound, friggin' blown away.
a couple of weeks back i got a Mike Snody Santuko. needless to say, my expectations were high. but when i saw the knife, i was just over powered by it's presence. so much "more knife" than i ever conceived of.
well, i'm having that same experience right now with this "little utility".
i have about 15(or so) custom knives. all are from well known, well respected makers. all are very well built and without a flaw. but only a very few have an actual presence which just fills me with feelings of joy and pleasure. i get that every time i look at, hold, or even think of one of these knives.
this new knife of yours in front of me is one of those. i can't explain it any better than that.
in my opinion Eddie, you are right up there, shoulder to shoulder with the "Great Ones" of knife making.
triple your prices to get in line with what else is out there.
if i was a custom knife dealer, i'd be begging you to market your knives.
oh, and the sheath is just as good, it's not an after-thought. it's a substantial, elegant piece.
Thank You, roland

Roland- What could I possibly say to that, except a hearfelt thanks! look for an email.

thanks all of you, you are too kind.

Eddie it is not a case of being "too kind". i am just trying to impart my experience of your knife.
as well as "perfect grinds", the knife has a presence that is just so pleasing. i think it's to do with the lines, the match of blade and handle shapes; "flow".
just as a painting may be considered a work of art because it generates an emotional response in the observer, the 2 knives of yours that i have generate a positive emotional response, i think, because of the overall balance and flow (coupled with perfect workmanship). for me, this is what distinguishes your knives from many others. roland
