Congrats! I'm all for flat brim lids, or regular old bowed brim baseball caps, fitted or flexfit, or good ol' snap-back, I wear em all. Usually I have a mesh/flexfit UnderArmour hat I wear in the bush because I tend to overheat from my head and sweat like I'm about to walk through a TSA checkpoint with a machax in my sock. Out and about town, I'll rock a backwards all-black-on-black fitted yankees cap. Also have a West Coast Choppers beanie that I've worn since grade 9, and it's still my favorite toque. Oh and my nice Russian ear-flap hat when it gets cold or I feel like looking extra Canadian. I have to borrow that one from my buddy Ivan though.

I would take a Beckerhead logo on just about any kind of hat...but I would not wear it if it had a big ol' American flag on it. Just like I'm sure ya'll wouldn't rock the maple leaf for no reason, I can't fly the stars and stripes above the red, white and red.

Is there anything against me having a patch made, or embroidered onto my own hat? Just personal use, not for resale.

Since the topic of hats has reappeared, here's my 2¢. How about a US Army patrol cap with the velcro strip for the name tape on the back and a BH patch on the front. Then each Beckerhead could get name tapes made with their BH number.

How big are the US flags on the back for the current BH hats? Everyone here looks at you funny if you walk around wearing military looking stuff so yeah.

I would love to have a hat with the flag of the United States Of America on it and I would indeed were it proudly!!

You know, I never thought about the button not being on the top, but it's great like that. I've been wearing it that last couple of days and it's my new favorite.

Why so much hate on flat brim hats? I don't make fun of the cowboy/boonie hats ya'll rock, and in my area you would get a lot more funny looks in a cowboy hat than in a flat brim 59/50. Different areas/cultures, different caps. What's the big whoop?

I don't think flat brim feels comfortable. I prefer something nicely broken in.

I don't recall ever getting any funny looks in SoCal. People seemed to like my cowboy hats. Especially the city gals. LOL....chicks dig it bro!

(OK, I admit it, walking thru high-end malls in downtown San Diego wearing boots, hat and cut-off camo t-shirt does earn one a few looks)

There alot of truth to that. I have a buddy thats a full blown, real cowboy and every time we went into the city, the chicks went crazy about it. It was most of his game. ;)
