3MIL, One Handed Firestarting...in the rain...using a nanostriker...

great post as always MW... i have also tried this a few times.. it definitely isn't easy, but i managed to get it going after a bit..:)

Thanks Mike, glad you enjoyed it. It gets easier with practice :)

I wonder if there is any other place one can get those nano strikers besides exotac's website

I'm pretty sure there is now. after some of the conversations at Blade. Before that I only knew of a friends store in the U.K. . I'll ask Rob about it when I email him later about something else.

.

I like the Nano ,I have a Green version the 'Gunner pick me up one at Blade..
It has a cool factor but I prefer something bigger,I'll keep the Nano on my key chain.
Thanks again MW for the great pics & Ideas

These are the ones he had off the top of his head.

Hi mistwalker -

Very nice pictures.

We have turkey vultures around here, but for some reason I have been seeing more of them this year than I remember in the past.

It would be a challenge to find anything dry around here, what with our "two drenching thunderstorms per day" weather of late.

Thanks for the pictures.

best regards -

Hello, thank you I'm glad you liked the pictures.

I'm seeing more here too.

I live in a often treacherous temperate rain forest, this is something I tend to practice a lot now.
