I had an Aussie pen-pal in High School named Christine. She stopped writing to me after she met some Italian guy. I've never gotten over that. 
I'm pretty sure her name was Christine. I am sure she was from Australia, though. I think. Anyway, I've never forgotten her. Wait, now I'm thinking her name was Penelope, and she might have been from Fiji. But, not a day goes by that I don't think about my long-lost pen-pal, maybe it was Gudruda, who threw me over for that Lithuanian guy. They probably got married and settled down in a cozy little fjord of her native Finland. I'll never forget her. That b1tch!
