Breeden, possibly stomper? I'm just a touch out of that ballpark on the leuku pattern but they also tend to run to 4/5 to 5/5 inch blades. Depending on how you count shipping and the koyote girl sheaths.
 
I got a BRK&T Lil' Nessy at $97 including shipping.4" 52100 ball bearing steel nessmuck blade with green micarta handles.Great knife.If you shop around,you can find one just under $100.

If you are considering a custom, here are a couple of Bryan Breeden's knives in your price range. The bottom knife is a 4" Pathfinder. A very useful pattern with a nicely shaped handle. One of my favorites.

David Farmer is the most important one almost left out, as has been mentioned. Absurdly higher value per dollar.
 
Another great knife that does not get mention around here, but in my opinion is a great hunting, camping, and even for bushcraft is the Marble's Plainsman. I have one with the jigged bone handle and I love it. I hope thi helps you out. H-Minus

It is just about perfect! But I did see that you mentioned it, that's why I put 'almost.. as already mentioned'. :thumbup:
 
DPknives are well under $100 and excellent knives. I have one on order and should be receiving it in a few weeks
 
Thanks for all the ideas guys. Keep 'em coming. I will have to look into some of these makers some more, unfortunately never heard of many of them!
