4 Inch + folder?

While it's probably not what you're looking for, I've been EDCing the Cold Steel Lone Star Hunter (basically their take on the Buck 110 style folder) and it is a really nice knife. The pocket clip is very tight, but because it doesn't have the ultra-grippy G10 it's not hard on pockets.
 
BenchMade 0275 folder in D2 steel.
It's bull-tough, attractive, extremely capable and only $150 or so.
 
Has to be the Spyderco Police 3 G10 or the Benchmade 810 Contego have to be my two favs. The police is slimmer/lighter and rides flatter in pocket. The 810 is super beefy feeling with aggressively textured G10 and a big ol beefy blade. Although thicker it rides deeper in pocket. I have handled the Manix XL but I assume it has amazing ergos like its little brother.
