I placed it in the Bernard Levine and then found out it was made by Queen. Mike actually posted on the possible years a few post back. I think he said 90s or around 2000 something.

Brett -I watched as the picture downloaded and revealed the prize you have most generously bestowed upon me. Well after I got up off the floor and was able to speak once more I gestured urgently to my wife by pointing at the screen and making grunting noises like as if I'd been karate chopped several times about the head. If you have ever seen the the movie "The Great Escape" you will know the moonshine scene in which The late great Steve McQueen ,Jud Taylor and the recently departed and great James Garner try the homebrew-well thats how I was when I saw the 53 #24.
The word I would use is "gobsmacked" and I don't know about any of you but my wife has this look of "have pity for the simpleton/why do I tolerate this moron?" whenever I get excited about knives. Well she was doing that look but with greater intensity than usual.
cheers.

You're welcome good sir. The veterans here in the traditional have done a lot for us newbies, even if it is just putting up with our ignorance. You guys make this a great forum and I wanted the knives to speak a real "thank you," so I am extremely glad you approve.

Jack Black here is yours sir #1

Agreed, group hug :D.
You certainly could have taken those over to the exchange; making them all gifts is so generous.

Haha, when I'm showing a knife to a family member now I preface by saying "this really is interesting..." and I get a nod or an "oh"

The eagle has landed!

This has to be one of the most gorgeous knives I own, I'm absolutely thrilled. Thanks again Brett for a most generous giveaway :)
