Well, can't comment on the Thor, but I have a small edc fixed in odins eye, same steel composition AFAIK, if not sorry.
Hold up well and sharpens well on dmt hones, can't complain. My edc has a vastly different grind though. Really thin primary.
So for me it works just fine, holds it's edge well, but I would not put it on the same level as some of the recent cpm super steels.
From a really unscientific point of view I would say it works like a really good 12c27 steel.

I am very tempted to pick one of these up. Never thought I'd buy a native, but what a package...

Wouldn't it be amazing to have a damasteel paramilitary 2 with similar furniture?!
