Well, it's been a couple of years and a few K posts since my last giveaway and thought why not as I reach 4k. I've been meaning to do a giveaway in a while but never started thread. Here it is :)

The knife I'll be giving away is (as the title states) a 440C 2 blade GEC Conductor with Burnt Stag scales. I am a huge fan of the GEC #33 Conductor. To me, it is an excellent small sized carry knife with a lot of blade. I'm also a fan of GEC's 440C. I chose Burnt Stag as I had received a gift in the past, a GEC #33 actually, in Burnt Stag. Put those together and you get what I'm giving away :) Everyone has different preferences when it comes to stag so the winner can choose from 2 #33s. One has thin stag, about as thick as the bolster, the other has thicker stag with the thickest points in the center of the knife (still not overally thick though). Both I believe are unused with smooth pulls around a 5 on the scale. I'm sure they'll be smoother once you flush out the joints.

To enter, just post you're in. I'd like to give it away to someone who has posted at least a few times in the Traditional Forum, not just in giveaway threads. Preferably to someone who wants to try out a #33, GEC's 440C, or Burnt Stag. I'll ship it anywhere. I do ask that you put the knife in your pocket, carry it, and use it. If you find that the #33 is not for you, please give it away to someone with the same asks (carry/use/giveaway and so on). I'll pick the winner using random.org on my 4kth post. Could be later today, could be next week. Who knows.

I only have older pics of the knives, none of which really show thickness but I hope you guys don't mind. The first is the "thin stag", the second is the "thicker" stag. As a side note, GEC doesn't usually put Burnt Stag and 440C together. Usually its reserved for the Northfield line with 440C being paired with American Elk horn.

I'm in. Have nothing with a stag handle, or any GEC SS and can guarantee it'll be used or passed on till it finds the right home. THANKS MAN!

I have never tried a #33 conductor, so please count me in and congrats on reaching that 4k milestone.

Not an entry, but I just wanted to thank you for the VERY nice gesture. Here's to many, many more!

Very nice! I'm in, always wanted to try GECs 440c but haven't had a chance yet. Like this pattern too, have never used one though.

(also, love your use it or pass it on w/ same conditions requirement!)

I'm in. I'd love to carry that knife, and would pass it on as you ask! Thank you for the opportunity and your generosity

Congrats on your 4k, what a beautiful knife. I'd love to be in on this gem, it would go straight into my watch pocket where it would be used and cherished. Thanks again for the chance

Throwing my hat in only because the stag conductor is sort of my trademark knife and I can't resist :) Thanks for the chance and congrats on the milestone.

Thanks Trand, please count me in. And congrats on reaching 4K, quite the achievement!
I like the 33 pattern a lot and a would love to finally try some GEC stainless.

Count me in, this is great looking

Thanks for the awesome GAW; I have lots of GEC's but they are the bigger patterns and 1095. Lately, I've been wanting to lean and mean--a #33 would be perfect, I think. And I've always wanted to try their 440c. Should it not work out, I'll either pass it along to one of my rotc students or host a GAW here. Good luck to all who enter!

I'm in!

I have always wanted to try GEC's 440C and their conductor pattern, so count me in. Thanks for doing such a great give away.
