I am looking for a new fixed blade about 5" and 10-11 OL. I don't want to overlook anything.

At the moment I am looking at the Viper Golia (10" OL 5" blade- AISI D2), Ratmandu (10 1/4" OL 5 1/4" blade- SR 101).

Is there another great knife in that size I should consider? I need to keep the price under $200 ish

Thanks.

The Ratmandu was my choice in that size range.

This will barely scratch the surface:
I have a Bark River Bravo 1 but it is a bit shorter than 5", the Bravo 1.25 is closer to 5". (Well I don't think in terms of 5", I think in terms of the 5.5" limit of our state law.)
For a little less money there is the ESEE 4, ESEE 5 and ESEE Laser Strike.
The Becker 16 and 17 are a bit shorter than 5" and well under your price limit. The Becker 2 is similar in size to the ESEE 5.
If you like TOPS they have some knives in that size range.

I've got two 5" blades. SOG Seal Pup Elite and a Gerber Strongarm. Just in case you
were going to go for a less expensive model.

What's the purpose for the knife?

I would recommend a Bark River. Or a Blackjack. The 1-5 with leather-stacked handles has been catching my eye lately.

Fallkniven S1 or S1 PRO SERIES. The steels are VG-10 and Lam CoS( laminated cobalt) respectively. Both are good , however the latter hold an edge much longer and is easily sharpened.

Ratmandu

Great steel
Great ergos
Amazing warranty

Also consider the ESEE 6

Also Survive! Gso 4.7 and 5.1

I'd skip the search, save your time and just get the Ratmandu. Fabulous, well-proven knife.

I would say the rat as well, it's really just an awesome blade... Especially in INFI...😉
