Congratulations on your Anniversary, I met Mr. Russell a few times the first time was at the first ECCKS in Jersey, I bought a One Hand Knife off of him, (one of the first knives I spent more than $100) and right after that he cut his finger demonstratin' a sharpener to a potential customer, he immeadiatly went to the hospital for stitches and IIRC he returned to his table as soon as he left the hospital.

He was always nice to talk to and deal with, I had won an AG Russell Funny Folder on the forums from some one and when I told him my daughter took from me 'cause she liked it so much, he sent me another one free of charge.

I've always wanted a Bird and Trout knife, thanks for the Give Away.

thanks for the chance--my favorite multitool--charge ALX--:D

Congrats on 5 years and hopefully many more to come. Thanks for the chance. I've never had an A.G. Russell before. Here's a couple pics of my newest knife, made by David Farmer.

Thank you for the chance, Vince. Please count me in.

If that bird and trout is anything like the woodswalker it will make a great knife.

Vince,

You and your posts are one of the main reason I was attracted to this forum and continue to come back. Thanks for all the good stuff!

Please do not consider this an entry.

Best regards,
Brad

you can count me in as well if you don't mind. i used to use dexter russel knives at a slaughterhouse and i also have an old green river smooth honing steel, are any of these related to the ag russel company?.

Congrats on 5 years!
The only pic I have of one of my trad knives (I only have 2 and one's a peanut:o) is the new BF 2009 forum knife.

This is a nice coincidence, as I was in more of a "traditional" mood today anyway. Here is today's pocket fare - a '75 AGR / H&R Whittler.
