I offer my sincere Thanks to Vince and all of you very helpful folks on BF.

I do not know how to post pictures myself, but I revel in all of the beautifully photographed and fabulous knives posted here.

You can save, or properly spend $100, everyday from the tips and practical advice available on BF.

I acquired the 2009 & 2010 Texas Rangers from AG Russell. I liked them so well that I began paying attention to this traditional forum. Vince, Bastid, Knifenut, Ankerson, Blues, The guy with the Menorah, Black Mamba, JoBob, Dennis Strickland, Tony Bose and so very many others unselfishly contribute to my education, wonder and joy every day. Oh, yeah, the guy with the eye patch.

The enormous number of heart-felt tributes on this thread testify to how much BF, and its extremely diverse membership contribute to the joy and wonder in many of our lives.

Thanks again for all of the great stuff. There are some amazing people here (I mean all of BF). Has anyone looked at the amazing photos in the Balisong Gallery? And thanks to Blues for the albums and whoever posted the links to the fabulous Norwegian knives.

How do I acquire BFC Knives?

This place would not be the same if it were not for you Vince. Congratulations and thanks for what you do here and for a lot of the members and knife makers who hang around.
Not an entry; just a note of thanks.

Gus I appreciate that  ,Thank You.
And Thanks to all for your good words & great friendship.

It's Copper's birthday today,6,I cooked him fresh venison loin,w carmelized farm fresh baby onions & white wine (well it was what I had,too & Ruby),after a nice hike in the vinyards out back to clear the head,I was smearing oil base today (very rare)

Last call for the AG Russell bird & trout peeps, tomorrow eve marks five years here for me & I'll somehow pick a number then

Thanks Again,
-Vince :)

I first contacted Vince on BF after we both bought knives from Bailey Bradshaw with Sawby locks.

Here's the one I had (Thomason bought it from me and I think he has since resold it):

Then Vince and I sold a Chamblin knife back and forth to each other for a while.

In the past five years there have been countless emails, phone calls and knives with Vince and I've enjoyed every one.

Thanks for everything Vince, and, as usual, tell Scott Hi.

Forgot to say that I don't think anyone enjoys getting knives in the mail as much as Vince does. Vince the Flipper!

Congrats on the 5 year mark and thanks for the chance. Here is a pic of a current EDC rotation with a little bit of everything! I just added a sweet little MooreMaker B&T but no pics yet.

Thanks for the giveaway!

I think I'd like to try to use the NY daily number draw tonight,to get a winner
Would someone please post "front pair",or "back pair".That post can count as an entry,as well,if you'd like
I think,this will work
Thanks,
-Vince

Congrats on your 5 years! Nice to be in your company.
Please, don't enter me in the contest... let's give someone else a chance. :)

Still not an entry, but I don't think it will work unless you have exactly 99 posts (and that doesn't even take the "not an entry" posts and your posts into account).

Congrats on 5 Years Vince!
Will be 5 for me too in 10 months.

I was going to refrain from any more giveaways for the rest of the year, but a nice fixed blade is something I don't have so count me in if it's not too late.
Not sure what you meant in your last post, so I will just say:

"Front Pair"

if that helps

Thanks, Stu

Here are a few I always come back to (they aren't so shiny anymore :D)

Vince, if you're wanting 2 numbers, does that not exclude posts up to and including #9 ? or can the first # in the lottery be a "0" ?

Calm down fella's,lol ;)
I can get it,to work
Flymon says front pair, soo.let's try this..

Front pair it is..

In the event the two consecutive first numbers is higher than the highest eligible post,it'll go to the highest post
If,the number falls on a post that is not an entry, lets go,say to the next lower post & if that does not claim it ,then the next higher eligible post.
numbers one through nine will need 0,to be the first number tonight
If the number is 00,or 01,then,next higher, takes it,since there is no lower

I think.following these guidelines we can get a number,or,rather,a winner.

I dunno ? You tell me ? Its not too complicated,I don't think

The lottery is fun,though :)

OK,:o :o :o...we have a number,generated by the front two (front pair),of the NY Lottery Daily pick 3 (Eve) draw,it is 65....

BUT........

If you read what my brainstorm method :o:o,above says,if it is not an eligible number,in this case Gus & is not (his post not an entry),"use the next lower".... Rob "wagglebee",not in,Next higher,my post :o

So by my rules I'm boxed into a corner, with no winner ?

Should I just asak Ryan to pick a # ???

Okay, I know I shouldn't be laughing, but I can't help it! :D
