.50 BMG vs BWM - Video & Pic

If you had hit the edge at the proper angle it would have cut the bullet in half! LOL

I think it is awesome. As far as the "waste of a good blade" comments go the same can be said for the thousands of Busses sitting in velvet lined drawers. Bet a soldier out there could put those to better use as well. Your money, your business. I'm just glad you recorded it so I got some amusement out of it.

I am kind of shocked to see all the bad mouthing going on considering that Jerry himself is doing the exact same thing. Hmmm....I wonder if anyone will tell the boss what a shame and a waste it is to do such a thing. I didn't really understand any of this but I have been following the progress for several days now. Glad it's over and can't wait to see Jerry's video

No. They won't, Jerry shot a scrap blank. And he did it first, with identical results, so there was no reason for this thread.

See the difference? Still confused?

Again. Read a little, know a little. I think some people just type to see their own writing.:D

Jerry posted telling everyone that he and tac were going to do this and film it. Now ask who is confused and who is informed.

You're delusional, brah. It's ok, I'm delusional too, but not on this matter.
The shot was made at 80 yards. Those observing said that there was a huge ball of sparks when it hit. . . I didn't personally see it since my teeth were rattling at the time.. . . . But it must have been quite a ball of sparks to be that visible in the bright sunlight!

Lottsa fun, but it is a complete waste of INFI to continue with the same type of ammo!

Tac1, If you haven't blown your BWM up yet, DON'T!!! . . . . There is no happy ending!!!

Jerry :D

Why not toss it in the ocean to see if it will sink

That is a good idea for an experiment, and you can still do that with the pieces, TacBlade. Be sure to post the video....

Come to think of it, though, if you only throw the pieces of a broken knife into the ocean would that really prove anything? No, I think you should buy a new one to use for that test.

OK, obviously Jerry knew what it would do, I knew what it would do, pretty sure Tacblade knew what it would do. That doesn't detract from it just being fun.

If its so boring, such a waste, then click on another thread and leave it alone. That a guy spending his money on a company we are all fond of and doing what he wants with his knife being an issue is beyond me. So yeah, I guess I am still confused.

Too much hostility against this guy for his "wastefulness". Just take it for what it is, and let's try not to get this thread locked too, eh?

To anyone thinking about about destroying INFI at this point:

Instead of shooting steel to see if it'll break how about you send it to me and see if I'll keep it. I'll even post photos of the results!

YOWZA!!!! . . . . My BOSS Jack exploded in a ball of flames at 80 yards with armor piercing ammo against the edge.

We're might try some standard, non-armor piercing ammo against the edge and see if it makes a difference.

Nice shootin' man!!!!

Jerry :D

I'm not convinced. I think TacBlade needs to shoot four or five more. Gladiuses. (Gladii?)

:p :D :D

I agree. There's no worse waste of a fine tool like INFI than not using it at all.

Not that the outcome is surprising, but the negativity is lame and unnecessary.
