500 Pages and Counting!! Winner chosen!Dr. Scott!!

My Grail Knife is a Barlow. The Queen DB Barlow. What a great knife

Thanks for the chance, I´m in. :)

Congrats on the longevity and activity of your barlow thread, Charlie!:thumbup:
Thanks for sponsoring this generous GAW, and good luck to all the entrants! :D
Not an entry for me, since there are so many others that would appreciate a Charlow much more than I would. :o (Nothing personal, Charlie!!;);))
Here's my personal favorite barlow of those I own; a Belknap Blue Grass Barlow that I think came from my father-in-law.

My favorite TC Barlow was an unexpected surprise from Charlie. Thank you for picking this up my friend. I am a lousy joke teller so I am not even going to try. Thanks.

This TC Real Sheepfoot Barlow is my favorite - it just looks right. Thanks to Charlie for making so many unique Barlow's available to collect and thanks for sponsoring a fine GAW! OH

Hi.

I'm not elegible to enter. (Still) Haven't got a Barlow but find the models beautiful. I could start spamming just so I could get in but I think just wanting to know more about these knives and knowing how curious I am, the post count will grow rapidly without any need of that.

Very generous, very nice!

Good luck to the participants!

Get your entries in folks!
I will give away a New Day Barlow on Friday!!

Picture added - check 'em out, in the first post as well as here!!

Charlie, this is a great GAW and you really have put your stamp on the pattern and traditional knives in general. This is not an entry since I have no idea how many times I've posted in the other thread, beside I have one of each of the new run:D

Awesome giveaway, Charlie! Congratulations on stirring up over 10,000 posts in ONE THREAD!!! A major feat, indeed!!! My hat's off to ya.

These beauties have not only influenced me, but were the catalyst to the new direction my life has taken as a knife maker! Definitely not an entry, as I already have too much to thank you for!

I doubt I could ever pick an absolute favorite, but this one is definitely a contender:

As far as a knife related joke,
I guess it's on me, 'cause now I'm broke! ;):D

Evan that soup is one of the most beautiful of any type I have ever seen! Never let that one go sir.

This is my favorite barlow. With the patina and marrow bone covers, one could almost mistake it for a vintage knife.

Here's an old joke that still cracks me up.

When I see lovers' names carved in a tree, I don't think its cute.

I just think it's crazy how many people bring knives on a date.

:D

So, I asked my wife ( who has not seen this thread whatsoever) to pick a number from 1 to 57.
Then I asked her four more times! She answered grouch-ily over her first cup of coffee, yet two more times, so that I had five qualifying numbers!
THEN, at risk of life and limb, I asked her to choose one of the five!!
I am still alive, and I am happy to announce Dr. Scott as the winner!!

Thanks everybody for the nice knife pics, and especially for the jokes!!

 Congratulations Scott. :D
And thank you Charlie for the most excellent give away. Well done sir.:D
