Congratulations, that is very impressive. I don't think we will see that near as often in the future. I've been married just over for years. I am still fairly clueless on a successful marriage, but picking the right woman definitely seems key. That and finding one who will put up with you.

How about this?

Haha, there they are..... it really brings me joy to see that, Mike! You guys were (and still are) a sight to see :). Truly graceful.....

Congrats on 50!!!! Wow, truly amazing. I think your logic to a good long marriage is sound. Thanks for the outstanding GAW!

I'm in!!

I have been married for 20 years. My secret really isn't that much of secret. It is pretty simple. We are a Team and so, we share control of our fates. When she wants/needs to be the boss, I let her, and vice versa. We have grown to recognize each others strengths and weaknesses, and when its prudent one takes charge and makes the decisions. That's how we have survived so long when most of our friends and family members have been mired in personal conflict and troubles which more often than not, produce bad relationships and usually end in divorce.

Congratulations to you and your wife Mike. I am sure your generosity is part of the reason you reached this milestone.
Wishing you both many more years together.

Tom

Not an entry, just want to say congrats, and out of curiosity, how did the two of you get married at 2 years old?

Congrats on the milestone anniversary.

I've been married for nearly 15 years.

No secrets from me. Just happened to have picked one that can stand me. She is a lovely woman.

Oh, I'm in. Thanks for the giveaway!

Congrats on the milestone anniversary - you're golden!
I can honestly say that I hope I don't reach that one...because I'm not currently married, and don't want to live that darn long. I've been with my lady for a few months shy of 7 years...and it's the best relationship I've ever had.
I want to believe that marriage wouldn't change anything between us; but I've been down that road before, and I'm more than a little gunshy. I'm sure it will happen - and probably sooner, rather than later - because I know it is what she wants.

I'm in for the consolation prize (not married; and may not meet the post requirements). Thanks for the opportunity...and the good example!
Congrats again

Many congratulations to the two of you on your forthcoming Golden Anniversary, thanks for sharing your photos. A very generous giveaway, but please excuse me, just wanted to say thanks, and to wish you congratulations

Good luck everyone

Wow! Congratulations to you Mike, and your lovely bride. Twenty-one years for me. God's grace and prayer sustains our marriage.
I'm in for your golden GAW.

Grats! Not married myself, but been living with the same gal for over 10 years, so, more or less married :D

Great giveaway, not an entry Mike but a massive congratulations to such a fine couple- that's really lovely to see. Well done to you both.

I'm in and congrats!

25 years here myself. It SEEMS to be working out so I guess I'll keep her. ;)

I'm sure you will celebrate this Golden Anniversary as such an event deserve! Seems You (or is it the Missus) made the right choice years ago.
I'm in,both knives are outstanding.
But there is something I don't understand, normally you receive gifts for an Anniversary, you don't give them! :D:thumbup:

My hearty congratulations on 50 years of happy marriage.
Janette and I are newly weds by comparison with a mere 16yrs .Still going strong. As is often said 'a ship can only have one Captain' ...let me tell you...on board the HMAS Meako...she is it. I'm a humble bosun who doles out the floggings (a mainly verbal process these days)to the unruly crew.
I'm in for sure.good luck to all.

Congratulations, 50 years is a long way. Great looking GAW knives so two members will be happy soon.
On last July we celebrated 20 years. Not an entry please.
Mike
