I, too, waited until the giveaway was over. Lovely and desirable knives, but I've been the recipient of good fortune recently and didn't want to get in the way of others

One "secret" to our success was in choosing well. I chose someone who continued to grow and develop, who has a natural curiosity for learning and aventurine life, and whom I will never outgrow.

Taking a three week road trip in our RV along the coast in the Pacific Northwest. This will be our 15th such trip. We love the coast. Fell in love at the beach and have never grown tired of it.
Here's our rig, a well kept 97 Roadtrek that we bought new.

Time to close this thread as we drift away from the GAW. This has been for me, by far the most fun GAW I've done. I've printed the entire thread so Judy and I can read it again on our road trip along with all the cards from friends and family. Thanks again to all who participated and to our two winners.
