Hi all,
I have this 52100 paring knife up for sale today. It has Ghost Jade G10 handles and lime G10 liners. The pins are black micarta.
It is full flat ground and taken down to 0.09" before sharpening. It'll make a nice little addition to the kitchen.
It would be equally at home as a bird and trout knife. It doesn't come with a sheath but if you prefer to use it as a B&T I can make a TekLok ready kydex sheath for $10.
Specs:
OAL: 7.5"
Blade: 3.75" Full flat grind, hand sanded to 600 grit. 0.9" wide at the ricasso.
Steel: Aldo's 0.1" 52100, heat treated by Peter's to RC60
Handle: Ghost Jade G10, lime G10 liners and black micarta pins
