Just finished up this 6" Santoku, S35VN sourced from Aldo and heat treated by Peters' to 60 HRC. Overall length is 11". The handle is Claro Walnut and Maple Burl, both stabilized, with G10 and brass spacers. The solid pin is a corby bolt, and the mosaic is stainless/brass/copper made in-house. The saya is American Walnut. Blade is hand finished to 600 grit satin, and taken to 0.007" thickness before sharpening. Thanks as always for having a look, all forms of payment accepted.
